Jane spent a considerable time assessing my ROM not only in my knee, but feet and hips too. She gently encouraged movement in ranges I had been scared to do! As the weeks have progressed, I have regained my ability to walk without fear and pain. The exercises not only built strength and ROM but taught me not to stress when my knee felt tight or strained, it was all ok.
